Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and okpo ("the Platform", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the okpo platform at https://okpo.bio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by okpo, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi), live casino games, slots, crash games, fish shooting games, virtual sports, and any promotional offers or bonuses made available on the platform. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the okpo platform and close your account.

Eligibility Requirements

To open and maintain an account on the okpo platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a hard minimum; no exceptions are made regardless of parental or guardian consent.
• You must register using your own accurate personal information. Providing false details is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not hold an existing okpo account. Only one account per individual is permitted under any circumstances.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, agent, or relative of an okpo employee where such access may create a conflict of interest.

Account Registration and KYC Verification

To access real-money services on okpo, you must complete account registration and, where required, the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Registration requires you to provide a valid mobile phone number, date of birth, and any other information requested by okpo during the sign-up flow. All fields must be completed truthfully and accurately.

KYC documentation may be requested at any point, including prior to the processing of any withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC within the time period specified by okpo may result in temporary suspension of account activity and withholding of withdrawal requests until the process is satisfactorily completed.

• Acceptable identity documents include: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence issued by a recognised Bangladesh authority.
• Proof of address may be required for larger withdrawal requests. Acceptable documents include utility bills or bank statements issued within the last 90 days.
• Accounts cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person under any circumstances.
• Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password. okpo will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access caused by a player's failure to protect their credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify okpo support immediately at [email protected]. okpo will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the account during the investigation period to protect the account holder's interests.

Deposits and Withdrawals

okpo accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted exclusively in BDT; okpo does not charge currency conversion fees. The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. Deposits are credited to the player's okpo account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions. okpo does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the account holder.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Requests below this threshold will be rejected.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be approved and processed.
• Verified accounts typically receive withdrawal processing within 5 to 30 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Processing times may be extended during exceptional circumstances.
• okpo reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, regardless of whether full KYC has previously been completed.
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Withdrawing before wagering requirements are met will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

okpo offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented.

• Each player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once only. Repeat claims via duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture and account suspension.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each offer is stated in the offer terms at the time of the promotion. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stipulated time will result in expiry of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• okpo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that ongoing play on active bonuses already claimed will not be retrospectively affected.
• Bonuses may not be used in conjunction with each other unless the relevant promotion explicitly states that stacking is permitted.

Gameplay and Fair Play

All games available on the okpo platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt. The RNG systems used by these providers are independently tested and certified to ensure randomness and fairness of outcomes. okpo does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to do so.

Players accept that the outcome of all games is determined by chance and that past results have no bearing on future outcomes. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and is not adjusted by okpo. Players should review the RTP information available within each game before playing.

• Players must not use any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the okpo platform in a manner not intended for ordinary human play.
• Any attempt to exploit software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• In the event of a disputed game outcome, the records held by okpo's server logs and the game provider's certified records shall be considered the definitive source of truth.
• Sports betting odds are set by okpo's trading team and are subject to change prior to the commencement of any event. Bets placed at an incorrect price due to an obvious error may be voided at okpo's discretion.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okpo platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account at the time of the breach.

• Money laundering, fraud, or any use of the platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Opening more than one account, including accounts registered under family members' or third parties' details for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses.
• Use of VPN, proxy servers, or other technology to disguise your true geographic location or to circumvent access restrictions.
• Collusion with other players, including pre-arranging outcomes in peer-to-peer game formats or sharing account access with other individuals.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at okpo staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Any attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the okpo platform's software, interfaces, or security systems.

Account Suspension and Termination

okpo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Where feasible, okpo will provide reasonable notice prior to closure unless the closure is necessitated by suspected fraud, prohibited activity, or an ongoing investigation.

Players may voluntarily close their own account at any time by contacting okpo support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be refunded to the player's verified payment method. Voluntary closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

• Accounts closed due to breach of these Terms will have all balances forfeited. No refund or appeal will be entertained in confirmed cases of fraud, money laundering, or multi-accounting.
• okpo may implement a cooling-off period before processing a voluntary closure if there are outstanding unsettled bets or pending transactions at the time of the request.
• Self-exclusion requests are treated as a form of voluntary closure for responsible gaming purposes. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period under any circumstances.
• okpo will not be liable for any losses incurred by a player during a period in which their account should have been closed or suspended as a result of an eligibility breach that was not disclosed by the player at registration.

Responsible Gaming

okpo is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be a form of adult entertainment and should never be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. All players are encouraged to set personal limits and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available within their account settings.

• Players may set deposit limits, session time limits, and wagering limits directly from their account settings page. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• A temporary time-out of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days can be activated by contacting support. During a time-out, the account remains open for viewing but no deposits, bets, or bonus claims can be made.
• Self-exclusion for a minimum period of 30 days can be requested at any time by contacting okpo support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the duration of the chosen period.
• okpo strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

Intellectual Property

All content on the okpo platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the property of okpo or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No portion of the platform may be reproduced, copied, modified, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or published without the prior written consent of okpo.

Third-party game content made available through the okpo platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game provider. The okpo brand name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of okpo and may not be used without explicit written authorisation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okpo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds resulting from gameplay; interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond okpo's reasonable control; loss or corruption of account data; or any reliance placed on information contained on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit okpo's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by okpo's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. okpo's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their account shall in no event exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Privacy and Data Protection

okpo collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of the Privacy Policy. okpo uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between the player's device and the okpo platform. Amendments to These Terms

okpo reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, okpo will notify registered players by displaying a prominent notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the mobile number or email address associated with the player's account. The effective date of any revision will be updated at the top of this page.

Continued use of the okpo platform following the notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may close your account by contacting support. Amendments do not apply retrospectively to bets already settled or transactions already completed prior to the amendment effective date.

Governing Law and Contact Information

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which okpo is incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
